I guess it’s only fitting to tell you a bit about myself. I’m Jennifer Matthews, the heart and soul behind Tri Unity Wellness Collective and Super Conscious Success. I’m a qualified naturopath and life coach from Perth, Australia. Ultimately, I’m here to guide you through your spiritual journey, helping you grow and shine your brightest light.

Furthermore, Tri-Unity Wellness Collective merges body, mind, and soul. Specifically, Ask Naturopath Jen focuses on physical health. In addition, The Self Empowered Empath addresses emotional and mental health. Finally, Superconscious Success focuses on spiritual health.

For over ten years, I was stuck in a toxic karmic relationship. It felt like it was never going to end. This period, known as the “dark night of the soul,” was one of the darkest times of my life. However, with soul-searching, divine help, and support from my spiritual guides, I found my way out. This transformation not only gave me a new sense of purpose but also a deeper connection to the divine. Consequently, it inspired me to develop the brand “The Self Empowered Empath”.

About seven years ago, I had a profound realization. I was living from an ego-centered world, not one of spirituality and faith. Despite growing up in a religious household and always believing in Christ, I finally understood I am a soul living a human experience. Since then, I’ve been on a dedicated journey to connect with my higher self and source on a deeper level. Consequently, this journey has led me to live in a state of flow, in communion with my angels, higher self, and source.

At Super Conscious Success, I am dedicated to helping you find your spiritual path and reach your true potential. To achieve this, I blend ancient wisdom with modern techniques and divine guidance, thus helping you break free from limiting beliefs. Through a variety of courses and programs, as well as insightful books and blogs, I offer comprehensive guidance. Additionally, group coaching sessions, workshops, and the Super Conscious Success podcast provide you with essential tools. These resources are designed to help you connect with your higher self and align with your divine purpose. Whether you are exploring angelic communication, chakra healing, or emotional freedom, my ultimate aim is to inspire and guide you every step of the way.

I have two amazing young adult children, Jayman who is 22 and Amelia who is 20, and the most incredible husband. Growing up in outback Australia, living alongside Indigenous Australians, taught me to appreciate the wide variety of people in this miraculous world. I’ve always been very positive and optimistic, thanks to my incredible parents.

I’m here to help you awaken to your true spiritual nature and ascend to higher realms of consciousness.
