Visualization

Visualization involves mentally picturing each chakra as a spinning wheel of energy. First, find a quiet space and sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Starting at the root chakra, imagine a vibrant red wheel spinning at the base of your spine. Visualize each subsequent chakra with its corresponding color: sacral (orange), solar plexus (yellow), heart (green), throat (blue), third eye (indigo), and crown (violet). Spend a few minutes on each chakra, envisioning them in perfect harmony. This practice can help clear blockages and restore balance.

Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements that can help reprogram your subconscious mind and promote chakra balance. For each chakra, create a specific affirmation. For example, for the root chakra, you might say, “I am grounded and secure.” Repeat each affirmation several times during meditation or throughout the day. Breathwork

Essential Oils
